PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The "Quito Publishing House" project is a six-story building, designed and built under the criteria of sustainability and energy efficiency, making it one of the most eco- efficient buildings in Quito Ecuador. The building has a large structure that stands on its two main facades that are part of the architecture of the project. Also with the intention not to use potable water for irrigation, the project includes a system for collecting rainwater for irrigation by two independent downspouts to direct the water to two reservoirs.
